Laat de stress achter en kom naar Seagrove Beach, FL. Geniet van prachtige witte zandstranden, of ontspannen bij het two-tier, 7500 vierkante voet zwembad (seizoen verwarmd). De ruim 1495 vierkante voet flat, in 2002 voltooid, kan comfortabel slapen tien personen.

De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed en een slaapbank in zijn lezing hoekje. De master bad is voorzien van een bubbelbad en een aparte inloopdouche. Andere slaapplaatsen zijn voorzien van een queen-sized bed in de logeerkamer, een alkoof met twee stapelbedden en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Elke slaapkamer opent naar een eigen balkon met uitzicht op de smaragdgroene wateren van de Golf van Mexico.

Duinen van Seagrove, gelegen langs Scenic Highway 30-A, ligt op slechts enkele minuten afstand van Seaside en Water Color, die seizoensgebonden concerten voorzien, kunst festivals, en tal van luxe restaurants. Golfen is slechts tien minuten afstand van Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club. Heeft de haven van Baytowne Village, die gekenmerkt is in Southern Living niet te missen.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we plan on returning over the years! The property is clean, well appointed and super comfortable for our family! The amenities and proximity to the beach are amazing! Any time I've communicated eith Megan, she responds promptly! We love it here!!!

As a family of 5 we travel fairly regularly and 30a is one of our favorite destinations. The unit is very nice and definitely met all our expectations. For the value of the unit and location to not only the beach but also the best spots of 30a, this rental has it all! Unfortunately a hurricane cut our trip short but even that was taken care of. I don’t give many VRBO reviews but had to for this one since we were so pleased with it.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described—very clean, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location. It’s just about a one-minute walk from the stairs to the sand, making beach trips incredibly easy. The view was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the patio.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals convenient. The host was also excellent, responding quickly to any questions and making the entire stay smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect place for our group ! Quick walk to beach and pool. Well equipped kitchen and nice size bathrooms and comfortable beds. The view from living area is also wonderful!

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Megan’s place during our very first trip to Seagrove! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful everything was. The condo truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect, with EASY ACCESS to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. We also enjoyed the pool area, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful, one of our favorite parts of the stay! The biggest compliments from my family were the master bedroom, the gorgeous master bathroom and shower, and the patio area. Those spaces made our stay feel extra special! One thing that truly stood out was Megan’s communication. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process! Thank you, Megan, for providing such a beautiful place for my family to stay and for helping make our first Seagrove vacation so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable beach getaway!!!

A great vacation spot!

Right on the water! The condo was great and just as advertised. We wound highly recommend and will be back for sure! The beach is so close and then there are two pools, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam room, tennis and pickleball courts and so muc. More!

Even better than expected!

This place was even better than the pictures. Very spacious and well equipped. Super close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants/rental shops/ice cream. We went for Spring Break and had a great time.

Nice condo!

We loved the location of this condo! The layout of it was perfect for our family and it had more room to spread out than some others we have stayed in. It was close to the beach and the umbrella service was nice and easy to use. We would definitely recommend it to families!

Great getaway!

Our family (adults) enjoyed staying at this updated condo! We enjoyed the property amenities (pool, fitness center) as well as the ocean view. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. And just a short walk to the beach!! I highly recommend booking this condo for your next visit to Seagrove!

Great fall break spot

Check-in was simple (and we were even able to get in early!), condo was very nice with all the amenities we needed, and location/proximity to beach was great. There were five of us so plenty of room, but it would be snug (esp with only two bathrooms) if you had the max capacity of 10 advertised.

Beauty and the beach!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful beach week! Excellent location on the quiet side of 30 A. Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo . Easy access to beach! Excellent communications with owner. Hope to return in the future.

We have always loved vacationing at the gulf with its beautiful white sand beaches and bright blue water. When I found the 30A area, I felt like I had finally found the beach that I was always reading about in books. It is such a pleasant and laid back area where nature truly takes center stage.
