Overall nice but with some small difficulties

So this is an interesting concept: it appears this company bought out a bunch of the rooms on a floor of this hotel or apartment or whatever it is. Overall we enjoyed our time at this unit: it was clean with a nice balcony overlooking the city, comfortable bed, quiet, coffee available, and trendily decorated. Our one complaint was with the check in and parking process. We paid extra for 2 nights of underground parking (which is necessary if you have a car as street parking is very limited here) for a discounted price. The directions to park were VERY difficult to follow; first of all, we couldn't find this "round about" to the front door (we later found it, it's tucked away next to the parking ramp) and so I parked on the street while my partner ran to the room to get the key fob to the garage, across from the McDonald's on a Friday night, which was crowded with partying college students, and got yelled at by a parking officer. While I was driving around the block over and over, my partner wandered around trying to find out room, asking the front desk staff who just said "you have to call Sonder about this" when he simply asked if he was in the right place. Finally, we got the fob and went down to our parking space, however there was no clear directions on how to get to P3 and P4 level, which we somehow figured out we had to point the fob at a random wall, which then turned into a door and let us in. Would appreciate some better directions to check in!
