deze Golf Villa gelegen op een toplocatie setting in Kapalua, biedt alle van de benodigdheden voor de Maui vakantie van uw dromen! Kapalua Golf Villa 27V3 ligt aan de top van de ontwikkeling van de Kapalua Golf Villas en aan het einde van de cul de sac; de eenheid bevindt zich zeer dicht bij een van de 4 zwembad- en barbecueplaatsen die beschikbaar zijn voor uw gebruik. Er is niets aan de ongelooflijke oceaan en de golfbaan uitzicht vanaf deze villa belemmeren! Deze villa heeft de beste locatie binnen het resort. Geniet van prachtige zonsondergangen het hele jaar door. Tijdens walvis seizoen kunt u tuiten spotten en spatten vanaf de Lanai.

Deze villa met één slaapkamer en twee badkamers is perfect voor een romantisch uitje; je bent slechts een korte wandeling naar restaurants, tennisbanen, twee golfbanen, de golfwinkel, de tenniswinkel en de ongerepte stranden van Oneloa of Kapalua Bays. Deze villa biedt een vrij toevluchtsoord en is toch gunstig gelegen in de buurt van tal van uitgaansgelegenheden. Kapalua biedt een gratis pendeldienst naar alle gasten binnen het Kapalua Resort. Er zijn geen parkeerplaatsen of extra resortkosten.

Deze eenheid is onlangs gerenoveerd bamboe kasten, granieten aanrecht, travertijn douches, roestvrijstalen apparaten en hedendaagse jaloezieën toe te voegen. De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed en er is ook een comfortabele slaapbank voor extra gasten. De Kapalua Golf Villas hebben een uitgebreide update van het exterieur ondergaan, waardoor het gehele pand een moderne en frisse uitstraling heeft. Er is een wasmachine en droger in deze villa voor extra gemak. Geniet van centrale airconditioning na een dag in de zon. Dit appartement is uitgerust met strandstoelen, badhanddoeken, koeler en nog veel meer. De villa wordt ook geleverd met Maui-gemaakte shampoo, conditioner, zeep en bodylotion. Whale of a stay

We sat and watched whales while drinking wine on the nicely furnished lanai. Great views quiet and located close to the beach and dinning. Will definitely stay here again

We felt home here. It magnificent, the beauty of the golf course and the Ocean view is a paradise.

we found that home away from home is a paradise, it is exactly how Israel Kamakawiwo'ole (Bruddah Iz) has described the magnificent spirit of Hawaii we enjoyed each and every seconds of our stay, Mahalo for having us here in this beautiful condominium, our stay here was as perfect as the beauty of the Maui.

Absolutely beautiful

My husband and I stayed on this property for our 25th wedding anniversary. This property was perfect. It had everything and exceed our expectations. Gorgeous views of the Bay golf course and close to amazing restaurants and beaches. We can't wait to come back.

Away from the hustle of Lahaina

We very much enjoyed our time at Dr Ken's condo. It is a quiet spot, with nice views, and nice amenities. If you're looking for a busy beach scene, with restaurants and a boardwalk, this isn't it. Zac at My Perfect Stays was very good to work with. Enjoy yourself!

Perfect location

Perfect location in Kapalua Golf Villas with unobstructed views! We enjoyed our week long stay. Unit was clean and well appointed. Beach towels & chairs, cooler, etc. also provided. This was very much appreciated. Enjoy a nice walk to 3 beaches, golf course or the Honolua store for your needs. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing trip with a spectacular location

We can't say enough good things about our experience, the condo had a beautiful view and location was phenomenal. Every detail was well thought out from the welcome basket, to the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and cooler. There is so much to do within a short drive of the condo like snorkeling at the beaches close by. The condo was super clean and the management company was fabulous. We cannot wait to come back.

Spirit of Aloha!

Aloha, I had a great time during my stay at Ken's golf villa! Not only is the place filled with aloha spirit through decorations and cleanliness but the staff was lovely & helpful. The views were unbeatable! Very quiet and relaxing location with views of the golf course, Napali town and neighbouring islands. Ken's villa was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable!! Would stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Everything was fabulous! Our absolute favorite location in Kapalua! The vista is tremendous! We have stayed in the area many times over the years and this gem is by far the best! Perfect Condo, Great Location & Communication

This condo was perfect for my girlfriend and my needs, and the communication throughout the entire experience was just right. The condo had all the amenities needed, in addition to beach supplies (snorkels, chairs, etc). This was our first time in Maui and based on traveling around to other towns on the island, Kapalua was the perfect destination to call home for our week+ long trip. Thanks for the great experience - we look forward to visiting on our next trip.

Kapalua is beautiful!

Aloha! Its been a while since we've been back to Maui but this trip was a blast! From snorkelling with turtles in Kapalua Bay to hiking in Haleakala to sailing to Lanai with Trilogy Excursions we had a blast, and always had our gorgeous Kapalua Golf Villa to return to! The view and amenities are amazing, they even put a mini blender in for personal size yummy smoothies! We'll be back for sure!

We've stayed at this golf villa several times. It remains our favorite and well maintained. Not having access to Lahaina is sad but Whalers Village and local restaurants and businesses are reopening. The slack key show at the Napili Kai is starting back up. The natural beauty of Kapalua remains! Lets come with the utmost respect and support the locals. Aloha !

Beautiful Condo with Stunning View

We enjoyed this nicely furnished, clean condo overlooking Kapalua Bay golf course. It was centrally located to the highway and nearby eateries and shopped, yet isolated from traffic and noise. The condo is modern and nicely furnished. It is fully stocked with cookware, glasses, and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion is that they supply a second remote for the bedroom tv. We would stay here again.

Beautifully relaxing setting

We are packing up this morning, and we don't want to leave. We had a great 4 night stay here. Unit has been nicely remodeled, and is spacious and clean. With Great views of Molakai, we found ourselves relaxing on the lanai each morning and evening. Good proximity to several very good restaurants and trails. A decent walk to kapalua bay, oneloa, and Fleming beaches but well worth the extra exercise. Also plenty of golf, if you are in to that. Definitely on our short list next time we stay in kapalua area.

Nice unit, but needs a deep clean.

Very difficult to not have a good time in Maui. This unit was nice once the awful smell was mostly aired out (though it did continue, one gets used to it). I surmised nobody must have been in the unit for a while. Once we swept up old dead bugs and dirt everything was fine. Nice view and comfortable bed. Furniture was OK, but not real comfortable for sitting, but we weren't in the unit enough for that to matter. Other than having to pay for "cleaning" it is well worth the stay.

This unit needs some freshening up. The fan in the living room only ran on high speed. Rug in master bathroom is dirty & worn out should be removed. The coffee pot had to be replaced. Lamps in master bedroom worked intermittently. We changed a light bulb but still was intermittent. Cabinets need wipe down and around hardware. Over the view & location

Needs work to achieve potential

This can be an excellent rental if the owner does what is needed. The location is excellent, the unit is nicely constructed, and the property manager was exceptionally responsive (thank you Zac). But, when the A/C doesn’t work and cockroaches make you move, there is only so much you can do as a manager. With investment, this unit can be returned to what it probably was - a very high quality property. Unfortunately, it wasn’t that for us.
