We're back! You've had to put your vacation to Fort Myers Beach on hold, but we are ready for you now! No need to put your vacation off any longer. While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. Ground level units,1 bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath, open concept kitchen, dining area and living room offering ample seating and large screen TV. This is a multi-family property that shares a sparkling NON-HEATED pool and spillover spa with 5 other units. It is located a short walk from the beach. Great for a last minute getaway or rent all six villas for a larger group. Please note that due to lack of storage space this unit does not come with beach chairs or a beach wagon. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
