Peaceful and Beautiful!

This was a cozy home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood! I had baking to do and our host was very helpful with anything we needed! Lisa is AMAZING! She helped with quick responses whenever we had a question, which were very few! My husband loved that her property backed up to a beautiful Marina Park where he fished to his heart's content and enjoyed the hammock she had in the back yard! We will stay here again! :)

Senior concerns

Cute, clean, well supplied, great location, friendly and available host. No children or pets accepted, yet host has at least three dogs that do bark, and children. Concerns about uneven path walkway from street to house for this property, lack of grab bar and loose washcloth bar in shower. Rented this space for 6 nights but left one day early due to very uncomfortable plastic covered full-size mattress (size was disclosed). No HVAC temperature controls in this unit. Hate to say anything negative because the host was so nice. Others may not have the same needs as we did.

A nice weekend getaway

We went to High Point for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary and this was the perfect stay. Once we arrived, we were greeted with a very thoughtful anniversary gift and note that made us feel so welcome and special. Lisa offered recommendations for places to visit and dine and things to do, which was especially helpful coming from out of town.

Slice of the good life

Lisa was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. She checked in with us a few days before we arrived to make sure I didn't have any questions and the day of arrival to make sure we didn't need the outside light left on if arriving after dark. The place itself is part of a beautiful house that they have made feel like home. A beautiful setting in the lake with comfortable seats and swings to sit on and a firepit for after dark. We look forward to bringing our son up for some more adventures on the lake. Access is right down the street. We took our canoe out everyday to explore a different part of the lake.
