Both bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living area where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

Here you are located right by Orange Tenpin Bowl, Anzac Park (PCYC/Netball/Basketball Courts) and Dudley Private Hospital.

Within a short drive you'll find the CBD, Kinross Wolaroi School, Cook Park, Bills Beans, Charred Restaurant, Zona, Byng St Cafe, the Union Bank Bar and Restaurant, Duntryleague Golf Course, Odeon 5 Cinemas and the Greenhouse of Orange.

At your door step are Orange's renowned vineyards and Cellar Doors, as close as 10 minutes by car.


BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS:
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items at an extra fee to make your stay even better! You can request enhancement such as an early check in or a late checkout or a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire villa for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
The villa can sleep 6 (4 adults and 2 children) as there is a double sofa bed in the lounge room but this is suitable for children only.
