The Space:
This brand new condo complex offers guests suburb vacation in Mexico’s Caribbean. The condo is located in the Zazil-ha neighborhood, considered one of the nicest parts of Playa and the “locals” trendy spot, only a short 2-block walk to the famous 5th Avenue where you’ll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutique shops, and plenty of people-watching! As for the beach, you’re a stone’s throw away, straight down 40th or 44th St. where you’ll find beach clubs like Mandarino, Encanto & Martina. Or for public beach access, enter at Mahekal on 38th & the beach!

This place is a vacationer’s heaven! You won’t need a car at all but if you have one, there are parking meters in operation from 10 am to 10 pm in all the streets of downtown Playa del Carmen. The rate is 12 MXN per hour (maximum of 6 hours). Walk to 5th Avenue and grab a coffee at the local cafe and chocolateria called Ah Cacao. Or hit Starbucks, if it’s more familiar, which is also just up the road. You can also just relax at home where you have or head up to the roof deck lounge and soak up the sun or swim in the pool with lovely views of Playa!
Everything you need is just a short walk or drive to get to. There’s even a Walmart nearby. Plus there are so there are also so many different things to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more!

This is a self-check-in property using a door code to gain access. We’ll provide you with the access codes within 24 hours of your arrival.
Enjoy exclusive access to the condo and your private balcony plus access to the shared rooftop pool and lounge, sun loungers and guests have access to the on-site workout room as well!

- In one of the trendiest parts of Playa called “Zazil-ha” just up the street from the most favorite stretch of street in town from 38th Street to the beach! Walk it at night, it’s so romantic!

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54.5 km or 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) -- about a 45-min drive. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
**PLEASE NOTE: Playa Del Carmen is a high-growth area with a lot of real estate development and therefore you will hear construction noise from time to time, during daytime hours only, Monday through Saturday.
This 969 sq ft. condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a sofa pullout bed and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
We provide bottled water, quality bed linens, bath & beach towels, kitchen tools, and more for a comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
