At Black Rock Mountain Resort, we’ve combined all the elements of a perfect vacation and integrated a pace of life that is as easy to enjoy as it may be difficult to leave. Black Rock Luxury Condos include luxury suites and guest rooms ranging from 850 sq ft to 1,277 sq ft. All suites feature either spectacular views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley or the mountains of the Wasatch Range and include access to onsite amenities rivaling any community in the Park City area. We are just 10 minutes from Park City's Main St.

The Wasatch Mountain Range region is famous for its prime powder during the winter, but the other seasons are just as epic. There are deep lakes and winding rivers for endless water recreation, 400 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking adventures, and the Utah Olympic Park for ziplining, ropes course, and extreme tubing.

The majestic mountains and canyons provide incredible scenery to explore or take in the view while relaxing by the pool. The pool at Black Rock Mountain Resort is a heated year-round resort amenity! All of this, and we are just getting started.

Park City offers world-class skiing and snowboarding with two ski resorts just a few miles from Black Rock Mountain Resort. Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in the country, and Deer Valley Resort with 2,000 skiable acres. Other winter activities to enjoy include Helicopter Skiing, Cross-Country Skiing, Snow Shoeing, Alpine Riding, Dog-Powered Sled Rides, Sleigh Rides, Snowmobiling, Winter Biking, and Ice-Skating.

There is a reason that the Park City locals say, “I came for the winter but stayed for the summer.” Summer in the Wasatch Mountains offers a respite from the heat. The region is filled with many beautiful lakes, reservoirs, waterfalls, and rivers making it a perfect location for river rafting, tubing, paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking, power-boating, water-skiing, and jet-skiing.

Our luxurious and spacious 850 sq. foot one bedroom condo features a master bedroom with a king size bed, and adjoining master bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room offers a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper, fireplace, flat-screen TV with cable, and fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and barstool seating. Showcases a panoramic view of the mountains on the south side of the resort and the Deer Valley Ski Resort.

Please note that this unit is pet friendly, subject to a $95 nonrefundable pet fee, due upon check-in.

Great place only a few new construction ticks

The property and rooms are great. The front desk was super awesome to deal with and check in was a breeze. Facilities are amazing with a great vibe. Some doors don’t align very well and the deadbolts won’t lock because of this. Slider door took some lifting to manage to get it shut and the front door has a huge gap on the bottom where the seal is missing letting in a lot of light and sound. Overall it was great

Convenient location about 15 mins from Deer Valley. Comfortable new accommodations No hidden costs Only issue was setting the temperature in the unit which was interconnected to a separate unit next door

Great condo

We always enjoy our stay at Black Rock. Brand new and clean. Restaurant and bar is excellent and lots of amenities. Best of all, it's dog friendly so we can bring our golden retriever. We'll be back.

Brand new condo with excellent access and amenities

This beautifully appointed and clean condo is located in the new Black Rock Mountain Resort in Kamas, UT - less than 15 minutes from Park City, Deer Valley and the Jordanelle Reservoir with all the hotel amenities and services.
