The first level introduces you to The Palm Room, a luxurious king bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and sliding glass doors that open to the deck. Adjacent is The Sandpiper Room, another king bedroom with a shower bath and deck access via sliding doors. The Turtle Room, located at the rear, offers a king bed and an ensuite tub shower combo, while The Shell Room features a cozy queen bed and ensuite shower bath. This floor is also equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience. Each themed room is outfitted with a Smart flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding with your favorite shows or movies.

Ascend to the third floor, where a spacious living area with large sliders opens onto an expansive Gulf-view deck. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large island and ample seating, flows into a generous dining area, ideal for family feasts. Entertaining is a breeze in this open plan and the picturesque backdrop completes the ambiance.

The Captain's Quarters master suite is located at the rear of the third floor. Boasting a king bed, trundle, and ensuite shower bath. Review of Captains Quarters
Excellent layout, kitchen and living area. Great elevator. Pool floor was not clean. Picture of house in listing is misleading as to neighborhood post-hurricane. Some blankets were in need of cleaning. Very well furnished.

Captain’s Quarters was fabulous! We just left from our week at Captain’s Quarters in Fort Myers. The house was perfect for our crew! Each of us had our own room along with our own bathroom which were all very nice! It was perfect for us. Just a quick walk across Estero Blvd. to the beach so going back to the house for lunch each day was a breeze! The house was stocked with almost everything you need in the kitchen. You might need to pick up some storage containers but other than that we had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We did have a small issue with the pool but the company was quick to respond to get the issue resolved immediately!

Spacious Home with Beach View
We enjoyed our stay at Captain's Quarters. The home is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds and linens are comfortable. The house has a nice view of the beach and ocean since the property across the street is vacant. The walk to the beach was very easy (across the street) due to the vacant lot. There were a few minor items that needed to be addressed while we were there, but the staff was very responsive and attentive. We would stay again if we returned to the Ft Myers area.

This was the perfect house for a large group. The rooms were spacious with their respective bathrooms. Balcony size in both floors was great to view the sunset from. It’s literally across the street to the beautiful sandy beaches of fort Myers. The property manager checked in via text to see if we needed anything like filling up gas grill tank. Also a late check out was accommodated. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the spacious room. The house has an elevator which was fantastic to go up the floors after buying groceries or long day at the beach. We celebrated family members’ 40th bday and this house “captain quarters” was perfect for making memories. Definitely recommend this place and look forward to be back again soon.

Loved Everything
7 adults and 9 kids (ages 1-10). Plenty of beds, large kitchen/island/table, very clean. Location was perfect with having beach access literally across the street (slightly busy, but cars stop and let you cross). Adults could run back and forth between house and beach if needed. Pool on the property was small, but the kids did not mind and the adults loved the convenience. Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect beach getaway!!! Would highly recommend Captains Quarters.
We had a wonderful stay for a spring break trip! The house was beautiful and fit everyone perfectly. Loved that the bedrooms all had their own bathroom! View was great of the ocean from both decks. Pool area was used everyday and had plenty of seating for everyone. We appreciated that there was plenty of beach accessories to use and access was just across the street. Nice quiet neighborhood away from the busy downtown ft Myers beach area! Loved there Farmers Markets we could walk to as well as catch the tram to take us to the pier for shopping and dinner. We would definitely recommend this home!!!

Captain's Quarters Fort Myers Beach
We had six couples stay and the six bedrooms, six baths was perfect. The house is right across the road from the beach and with the beach access it is only a 1 1/2 minute walk to get there. The house is very clean and has all the amenities you need for the beach and the pool. The house is 1.8 miles from Times Square but we utilized the Tram and Trolley to get there, the first tram stop is at the Library which is about 1/2 mile away. The only improvements I would recommend is getting a larger water heater, with six couples and six bathrooms and showers we had to stagger our showers in order to have hot showers. The second improvement would be to have a bathroom down by the pool area, all of the bathrooms are on the second and third floors. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Christmas visit to Captain's Quarters
Perfect location right across Estero Blvd from Ft. Myers Beach. House had everything we needed - spacious, clean, very nice pool, and all the necessities for the beach. Great views of the gulf from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.
