THE BEACH COTTAGE
Come and stay at this beautiful beachfront holiday rental located on the golden mile of Bribie Island! This two-bedroom cottage is in a prime location on Bribie Island, with stunning views of the Pumicestone Passage. Take a stroll along Welsby Parade located just outside your front door or even enjoy a coffee and dine out with the RSL, Cafes, Restaurants, Clubs, and takeaways all within a convenient 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk. Relax outside on the deck and enjoy the sea breeze and the warmth of the Bribie island sunshine!! Feel secure with undercover parking for you to use during your stay.
The Beach cottage features two good sized bedrooms, both equipped with queen beds fitted with a quality mattress. All linen will be provided for your stay including 1 towel provided per person. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate toilet. You will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash for your stay.
The cottage is even air-conditioned. What more could you ask for!?

The Beach Cottage also includes a kitchenette.
Sit down and enjoy a meal at the 4-seater dining table while enjoying the views and the beautiful breeze that flows through this cottage! Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and water is all provided to start you off.
The cottage also provides a generously sized lounge room with a smart television to keep you entertained when you are not out experiencing what Bribie Island has to offer. If the air conditioning isn’t enough to cool you down, the unit also features ceiling fans! Feel secure with smoke detectors throughout.

You are within an easy few minutes’ drive from all of Bribie Island’s attractions with public transport just around the corner. The beach Cottage truly is a piece of paradise on Bribie Island and will be a perfect fit for your next holiday.

Un pleasant.

Overgrown hedges, no power point in the bathroom, needs a good airing out, fly screen needed on front door and windows, more rugs on the floors to muffle the noise , kitchen needs updating as well as the cookware.

Weekend Away on Bribie

Awesome few days away with the Family, took the jet ski with us. Older style property, pretty basic but everything we needed. Great location, 2 mins to bottle shop, Pubs and cafe's. Overall a great stay. WIFI would be appreciated

Short break on lovely Bribie Island

Beautiful location, an older house but with a lovely view of the ocean. Being able to take a four-legged family member is a bonus! Despite the weather not being kind to us, we enjoyed our stay. Adding free wifi would make the property even more attractive.

SUMMARY

GREAT LOCATION. CUTE COMFORTABLE COTTAGE BUT RATHER TIRED AND IN NEED OF AN UPDATE, PARTICULARLY THE KITCHEN. BUSY MAIN ROAD WITH NOISY TRAFFIC MOST OF THE DAY. GREAT SUNSETS MAKE UP FOR IT SOMEWHAT. GOOD SERVICE FROM PREMIUM REALTY.
