Everything is provided at this 2 bedroom 1 bath home including the West Texas Sunsets that can truly be appreciated at from the nice outdoor seating and deck.

The living room features plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 55-inch smart TV is in the living room for access to your favorite streaming services. Fast Wi-Fi and an additional reading area adjacent to the living will ensure you have plenty of entertainment options.

The master contains a king size bed, and the other bedroom has a queen. Bedside tables and lamps give you plenty of space for all your charging and storage needs. There are closets and dressers for any luggage you may wish to put away.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Spacious and open with plenty of countertop space and storage will help you to feel like you're at home while away.

The backyard has plenty of seating for guests to enjoy the weather or a nice West Texas Sunset.

The bathroom is stocked with plenty of toilet paper a hair dryer and towels so that you're comfortable.

This is not a pet friendly house. Please plan on leaving your furry friends at home.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

Very safe, well established neighborhood located south of Texas Tech University. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 5 blocks away), dining, and entertainment. Our house is a straight 3-5 minute shot to the SW corner of TTU campus.

Located close to everything. Main roads Indiana Ave and 50th Street are nearby, as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!

The community fee shown on your booking represents the 9% tax that the city of Lubbock charges for the hotel tax and venue tax. Please let us know if you have any questions.
