The Space:
The property is well appointed with all the essential amenities including Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, Games and all linen and towels provided for each guest. The entire home is heated and cooled via a zoned air conditioning system.

The open-plan living spaces are vast with the main kitchen/living space on the lower level and a separate lounge/rumpus on the upper level.
Polished concrete floors on the lower level are stunning and merge seamlessly with the outdoor entertaining spaces, which include an in-ground electric heated pool and decked area with sun lounges.

The upstairs balcony space offers bay glimpses and a private retreat space for guests with wood fire.

The gourmet kitchen is an entertainers delight featuring stone bench tops, stainless steel wall oven, built in microwave and dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery, cups etc…

Comprising four bedrooms over two levels, the home is well set up for two family’s to share the home and can be configured to sleep up to 14 guests. Downstairs you have guest bedroom with queen bed serviced by its own bathroom. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with queen featuring walk in robe and ensuite. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 3 x single beds each. These bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom and separate powder room. The upstairs living room also features Koala Sofas that are super comfy and provides a great additional break out space. The sofas can be folded out to a double and 2 x king singles.

With all these features on offer we would be surprised if you leave the property from check in to check out apart from necessary shopping essentials. Speaking of such you will love only being a 300m walk to the foreshore and The St Leonards Yacht Club which is a great spot for a picnic and safe space to take the kids for a dip in the bay. The main shops are only a 5min drive or a 30min walk.

PLEASE NOTE - It is important you book for the correct number of guests that will attending. We will only supply linen and towels for the guests you have advised us of on your booking.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire yard, house and double garage.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the Bellarine Peninsula in the increasingly popular holiday destination of St Leonards you are a 15 minute drive to Portarlington, Indented Head, Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, 30 minute drive to Geelong, 40 minute drive to Torquay and just over an hour drive to Melbourne or head to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great place for a family to stop and explore the Bellarine Peninsula for annual leave, school holidays or short week-end break.

A car is recommended to explore the greater Bellarine area.
