Sunset Bay Villa 109 - Waterfront; Shared pool!

You can't beat the sunset views at Sunset Bay Villa #109. Located on the ground floor, this home boasts a private waterfront deck just off the living room. A cozy living area with a flat-screen, but in all honesty - it's hard for anything to contend with the view of the marina. Stately appointed, top of the line furnishings throughout the villa. A master bedroom suite with jetted tub, for relaxing after an exhausting day at the beach. Or use the beautiful tiled shower for a quick rinse to knock the salt off. Put on your robe and slip out the private exit to the waterfront deck to catch the sun as it sinks below the horizon. There are two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds. A full bath in the hallway, washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table for enjoying meals together. The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy time together in the shared spaces. Plenty of books and DVDs to keep you occupied on rainy days, or enjoy the pool or crabbing on the dock on the sunny ones. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail on the deck and watch the comings and goings of boats out of the marina. Sunset Bay Villas are located just off of Main Street - giving you the ability to walk or ride your bike downtown for shopping, dining, and nightlife.

We had very nice time and enjoyed the view of the Channel. There were good kitchen items for cooking! However the stove was difficult to use because the heat was difficult to monitor/control. It took a very long time to cool down. The microwave door is cracked. The TV in the master bedroom is old and did not have many options for viewing (only cable). We did not watch much television, and, for the most part, watched on the living room TV. We did not use the washer/dryer , but they looked old. We were in town for the Oyster Festival - the first one in 2 years. Thank you for your assistance!

Relaxing in Chincoteague
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had not been to Chincoteague in probably 7 years and decided to take an impromptu trip to Chincoteague. It was well worth it. We had stayed at this complex way back when but not at Sunset Bay Villa. Our stay at Sunset Bay Villa was wonderful. The Villa was even better than the pictures and the location was perfect. The villa was very clean, well maintained and very tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. We like to cook in and were very happy to find that the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Often when we travel we find that we have to bring a lot of our own kitchen items but this was not the case with Sunset Bay Villa. The view from the villa is great. The weather was perfect and we loved sitting on the deck, relaxing, having happy hour and watching the boats. We can't wait to come back. I guess if I had to say if anything was missing would be a table to eat on the deck as we would have enjoyed eating dinner outside but there was only small side tables. the check in and check out process was seem less and the welcome bag was a very nice touch.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. We have rented many different places over the last 21 years and this had to be the most well stocked place ever. The weather was beautiful, the view was amazing and the food was exceptional. we had an amazing family vacation.
