After a long day on the slopes, kick back and get cozy in front of the fireplace in the open living room/kitchen layout. Take in the beautiful mountain views and relax in the outdoor hot tub. The primary bedroom with a king bed offers a connected ensuite bathroom, while the queen bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. The sets of bunk beds, which can accommodate 4 people, share a full hallway bathroom.

The two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway with the living room/kitchen area, making it perfect for guests who prefer a little extra privacy. The office is equipped with a desk and monitor, perfect for remote work or keeping up with emails while on vacation. The living room has a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies. The media/bonus room has another TV and couch, so you can relax and unwind after a long day.

If you're looking for a fun activity, head to the garage where you'll find a pool table and hang out area. Additionally, the pool area is located in the garage, making it easy to take a dip any time of the day.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house. There is also a 2 car garage and room for 2 more cars in driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Homestead is a part of Edwards, CO. The property backs up against open forest land and you can be on trails within a few steps. The home is located 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and 20 minutes from Vail. Along with the world-class skiing just minutes away, Edwards serves up many other outdoor adventures. The town offers different thrilling activities such as fly-fishing with a guide, floating down the Eagle River and hiking through stunning wilderness areas. Edwards is nestled in the Vail Valley, west of Vail and Beaver Creek, known for their ski slopes, which makes this town an excellent base for your Vail Valley vacation. The most charming and popular spot to hang out in Edwards is its modern downtown area, Riverwalk, located next to the Eagle River. Riverwalk at Edwards is a lovely setting that lets you enjoy nature while stopping into the many restaurants, boutiques and galleries. The town also features a movie theater, a hotel, and a variety of professional services, in addition to the endless outdoor activity options.

Getting Around:
We recommend bringing a car to get around town.

-This property does not have air conditioning.
-Pets are NOT allowed.
-no vehicles may park in the garage
-No parties
-No ski/snowboards boots in the house
-Smoker in the backyard is NOT for guest to use
-Quiet Hours - 10pm - 8am - Please be mindful in the evenings and early mornings.
-Parking - No street parking is allowed in the community. The driveway is large enough to accommodate all cars. Street parking is subject to a fine and tow.
-No sleeping in the media room. The furnace/ boiler/HVAC room is attached to the room and it's not a bedroom (no closet or window).
