Wolegib Waterfront Retreat in Muskoka- Hot Tub!

Experience modern waterfront living. Located on the Muskoka River, you are a short boat ride to the large Mary Lake or take the locks right into Huntsville. Minutes from downtown Huntsville which features great shopping and restaurants. In the summer, soak in up the sun on your private dock with a spot for your boat. Calm & clear water great for swimming is 30 steps from your front door. Enjoy the snow with skiing at Hidden Valley or check out a variety of winter activities at Arrowhead Park.

Modern cottage on a 3 acre private lot just steps from your private beach and dock. The water is calm, clean and great for swimming and the beach area is great for kids and allows them to wade in. To top it off you have a private hot tub! Across from the river is conservation space so there's no close neighbors from any direction. Our backyard has a large playground for the kids and space for outdoor activities. The rec room features a ping pong table, kids toys, a tv and plenty of lounge space. Endless fun!!
The Cottage is new, modern, very well maintained, and has all the amenities.
***Must have good winter tires or all wheel drive in the winter****

Main Street of Huntsville is less than a 10 min drive away and features great restaurants,shops and parks. Many community events downtown in the summer.
Arrowhead provincial park has many winter activities including skating, tubing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Please Note: The roads into the property are well plowed, but you Must have good winter tires or all wheel drive to access the property during winter months due to steep hills.

8 Adult life jackets available- please bring your own infant/child life jackets as those are not provided.

House information:

Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the cottage.

Check-in Process: You will be given a code to access the house via a keypad on the door. Start by placing your hand over the black area to activate the pad. Enter your code to unlock. To lock the door, simply cover the pad with your hand and it will automatically lock.

Hot Tub Rules:
1. No eating or drinking in hot tub
2. Wipe your feet before entering
3. Keep cover on and secured when not in use- do not sit or lay on the cover
4.Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
5. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm

**Use the hot tub at your own risk**
** If the hot tub has to be emptied and refilled because it’s contaminated during your stay, you will be charged a $300 refill fee**

Washing machine: There is a small tupperware container in the top basket in the laundry closet with laundry pods. Just add one of those pods into the main drum along with your laundry. If you use your own laundry soap please ensure it is “he” laundry soap.. Please leave the door open after you are done to allow it to dry.

Tap Water: The tap water is well filtered and safe to drink.

Dishwasher: Tabs for the dishwasher can be found under the sink. Place one tab into the soap dispenser and close the dispenser.

Garbage: All garbage goes in the black Aces dumpster at the clearing at the top of the driveway. Failure to dispose of garbage properly will result in an additional $50 fee.

Games & books: In the tv stand and guest bedroom closet

TV: Ensure the Bell satellite and the TV are both turned on.

Dishes: Prior to leaving, Please load the dishwasher and turn it on. Thank you!

Wood Fireplace: We have provided you with some wood to get you started, but if you run out you can purchase more at Canadian tire in town. Please be mindful not to overload the fireplace- you should only need a couple of logs with a firestarter to get it going.
