Welcome to your home away from home, a cozy 9 bedroom and 5 bathroom rental for a luxurious vacation or extended stay. When entering this stunning property you will find a spacious movie room with a cozy sectional and large screen tv perfect for football Sundays or cuddling with the kids and watching a family film. The next room will be an office space perfect for work from home or at homeschooling equipped with a desk, office chair, and seating for guests. The next will be the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. On this floor, you will also find an airy kitchen with modern appliances and extra bar seating, an extra living room with a TV and comfy couch, and dining space with a large table and ample seating. As you head upstairs you will find the rest of your bedrooms, a bedroom with a king-sized bed with a jack and jill bathroom that will lead you to the next bedroom with a serene feel that will have a full/ full bunk bed and an egg chair to snuggle into and read a book. The next bedroom will also full-sized bunk bed with an out-of-this-world mural and sitting corner, followed by a calming bedroom with a queen bed perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks, this room will be connected by a jack and jill bathroom to a dazzling room with a queen bed. Finally, you have a sunny bedroom with a queen bed. All of these rooms surround a minimalist living area with a TV and seating for two. The final bedroom has been converted into a gaming space equipped with a gaming system and two TV screens. While this property is a 9 bedroom please keep in mind that several rooms have been converted for a more homey feel rather than just a vacation home. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however, we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Enjoy the private swimming pool with spa out on the patio and grill poolside with family or friends.

Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the Pool/hot tub heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 days. Each additional 5 days stayed would be an additional $70 for Pool/hot tub heat. This specific home is NOT pet-friendly. A fee of $500.00 will be charged to the card on file for any violations of this rule.

Please note that check-in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check-in with the final details such as the door code to access property arriving the morning of the scheduled check-in.

With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Champions Gate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however, any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.
