WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Saida Towers is the best resort complex on South Padre Island and we are so happy to share it with you. Make yourself comfortable in our lovely 2 bedroom. Our living room overlooks our private balcony, the resort, and the beach. You'll love getting cozy on our couches in front of the TV or on the balcony as you watch the waves roll in. Our dining area has a great table for game night or a home-cooked meal. We hope you'll make great use of it! Our open floor plan keeps you connected to each other no matter which room you're in. From the kitchen, you can entertain your companions or your kids while they visit the breakfast bar. Our kitchen also boasts full-size appliances to make meal times a breeze.

Our two bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests. Our primary bedroom is bay-side and has a TV plus room to unpack. Main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has two Queen-sized beds- plus an amazing view of the beach and resort. Your guests are going to absolutely love having such an amazing room to call their own while they're on vacation. Our second bedroom has one King bed.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
