LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with a comfy large sectional positioned to face the large wall-mounted SmartTV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and electric cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals in the dining room, seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula.

BATHROOM - 1ST FLOOR
Don't miss the convenient first-floor half bath adjacent to the kitchen.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM - 2ND FLOOR
Two bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home.

The oversized bedroom offers a comfy queen-size bed; adjacent is a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. There is also a SmartTV and a walk-in closet.

Exiting the bedroom, on your left, is your second full bathroom, equipped with plenty of fresh towels and necessities.

Just around the corner from the full-size bath, another bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed, plenty of light, and stylish and comfortable finishes.

LOWER LEVEL (BASEMENT)
Entering the lower level is a spacious and bright open-concept area that includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower. A sitting room has been created within the space with a loveseat, a desk area, and a wall-mounted SmartTV.

LAUNDRY
Located on the lower level of the home (basement), you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, for making vacation laundry a breeze.

OUTDOOR & FREE STREET PARKING
Step out the back door onto your private fenced backyard to soak in the beautiful weather St. Louis offers, or let the little ones run around and play.

Nearby attractions also include the famous Soulard farmers market, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, which conducts free daily tours, Bush Stadium, and the Gateway Arch all just minutes away. Plus, numerous local restaurants and bars, all within a short reach!
