-The adjacent residence property to the South of Marriott’s Oceana Palms resort remains under construction and is an active construction site.
-The resort will be undergoing an enhancement project of The Marketplace from Apr. 28, 2024, through Jun 1, 2024. Reflections Bar & Grill will remain open during this time offering coffee service and breakfast To-Go, and lunch/dinner service. Minor construction noise near the outlet between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
-Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is credit/debit cards.

CONDO: 
The spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo accommodates up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the second bedroom. Master bathroom has oversized walk-in shower and dual vanities.  Guest bathroom has a combination shower/tub. The living room features a pull-out sleeper sofa with a furnished patio. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen (full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils), washer/dryer, and complimentary wifi.
