This modern apartment is located in the heart of Canberra. Restaurants, cafes, and shops are all within easy walking distance. Canberra Shopping Centre is just across the road. The building has a community garden and BBQ facility.

On the offer is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. One of the queen beds can split into two singles which can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, appliances, coffee machine.
Natural light shines into the balcony that is just waiting for you to come along and fill it when your heart desire.  
The spacious living area combine with the kitchen and dining areas where a household can simultaneously separate but together while all enjoying their own space.
Each side of the living room there is one bedroom generously proportioned, complete with carpet, and a separate laundry, bathrooms and toilet completes the perfectly functional floor plan.

Convenient location
I enjoyed staying at this property with my family. Location was convenient with coles within 200m and the property was clean & tidy. Only had issue in locating the parking lot. Except that the overall stay was very good.

Great location
A great little apartment in a new complex right in the heart of Canberra. Very easy walk to restaurants and shops and easy driving to all the sights we wanted to cover (underground parking included). Great communication and easy access too. Thanks!

Great Location
Very clean and quiet. We just did an overnight stay so it was great for this as it was close to places to eat and have a drink at a few of the local pubs. Excellent spot to stay if you don't want to taxi around for this.

Thi's place was fantastic! right in the middle of Braddon, super comfortable and large for a family of four, and it was a warm, clean and welcoming apartment! Communication was great, we had no problems at all, check in and parking were simple!
