Wonderful!

The property was just as pictured. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Our host added some wonderful touches, such as soap, plenty of towels, coffee, paper towels. We felt very welcome and at home during our stay. We look forward to returning!

Very Clean!

The property was exactly as advertised. Our contact reached out to us first, but we had no issues at all. The kitchen is fully stocked with any kind of pot/pan/baking dish you'd need. My mom said it was the cleanest place she'd ever stayed (we travel a lot)! The location is convenient to everything. We will definitely come back when it's warmer to take advantage of the beach equipment.

Perfect for 2 couples

2 king bedrooms. Perfect for my wife and I to spend time with her sister and brother in-law. Tile floors everywhere so both couples brought Chihuahuas. The pet fee was very reasonable. The house was spotlessly clean with lots of little extras, like dog poop bags in the backyard and charcoal and lighter fluid. TVs with satellite service in every bedroom and the family room. Communication with the owner was mostly through text but he always responded within a minute or 2.

Super close to beach

This was our 8th evolve stay and it was pretty great. We brought our 2 pups and were able to bring them to the most dog friendly beaches we have ever been too only 5 minutes away. The building was obviously converted from a business setting to residential but it works for what it is. Bed was absolutely amazing and neighborhood was quiet. We didn't have any interaction with the host and that was fine considering we have used Evolve for the last 3 years. Some things that might help this achieve 5 star status... the fridge freezes things even on the lowest setting. The house is missing basic things that make a trip more helpful like hangers, dish soap, tissues etc... the shower curtains don't slide well and could use a bar replacement. The patio could use some love as the chairs were covered in spider webs. The TV keeps doing this thing where it DVRs TV and the channels continually change and it goes into standby mode. All the remote batteries were also either dead or low battery. We brought a travel roku so didn't need to address with contacts and ended up buying dish soap and other basics. I think this rental must be fairly new so it might just need some feedback here and there to work out the kinks to make it 5 star. Overall, if you have dogs especially, this is great for a fenced yard and nearby beaches to create lifelong memories. Thanks for a great stay!

April Trip

The house was exactly as described! It's a really good location, just a short drive to St Augustine. There are also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Our group of 7 really enjoyed!
