Beautiful condo and exactly as advertised. Was in a quiet part of the island but very easy walking distance to two restaurants. There were two little glitches that Lori handled very quickly.

The view was absolutely amazing. The condo was large and exactly like the pictures and well kept. The pool was a good size and the yard was well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The unit was super clean, comfortable and spacious. Balcony/patio area was very nice to eat a meal on or to just unwind and look at the lovely view of the ocean. Nice food options to be had nearby. WiFi was fast! Nice touch with entertainment options on the TV’s.Location was good for us as well. Just outside of downtown to get away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get back for more dining options and services.Host was most welcoming, thoughtful, accommodating and went beyond the call of duty on several occasions. Even picked us up from the airport and shuttled our luggage. Made golf cart arrangements for us as well. Had excellent communication and made our entire stay smooth and flawless. I highly reminded this place for all visitors.

Great ocean views

Great place to stay. We loved the view from the patio! Great snorkeling a short kayak trip off beach. Great pool.

Absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect we had the best time!

Everything went perfectly the condo is gorgeous and quiet and has an amazing restaurant next door and the pool area is beautiful, we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Comfortable, convenient, beautiful condo

Great condo, nice and quiet location but still close to town. Well kept and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful layout for two couples. Dive shop picked us up on the condo’s dock. Would stay here again.

Our experience at Oceanaire#11 was amazing! Close to everything on Ambergris Caye. Very clean property with amenities galore and amazing views. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Perfection in San Pedro!

Everything about this place was perfect and the staff does an amazing job from the initial pickup at the airport to arranging excursions to the sad moment in which you must leave. Location was very convenient to lots of great restaurants and bars. Unit was immaculate at check in. I highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful Property with Awesome Views

Perfect quiet neighborhood just far enough from city to be quiet but not too far from Secret Beach. The A/C worked great and was welcome after coming back from a day in the sun.

EXCEEDED ALL EXPACTATIONS..this condo is stunning..excellent location..its better than the pictures..AND THE PROPERTY MANAGERS..go above and beyond to assist you..they arranged incredible tours..they were onsite at checkin..including airport..responsiveness was APLUS..I will recommend them to everyone..and we will come back!.

Great place to watch the sun rise.

Overall a great place. Lori went out of there way to help us with any situation we ran across. It was great to get to know them. Food was great everywhere we went.

Home away from home

Great condo, plenty of space for 4 adults to completely relax, unwind and feel at home. Host is 5star and response to any issues was IMMEDIATE! Going back as soon as we can!

A MUST STAY!!!

Oceanaire 11 is a wonderful condo with all the amenities! The grounds are beautiful with plenty of activities and restaurants with in walking distance. The host made my stay helping me every step of the way from getting off the jet and jumping in the local airline to the island along with a golf cart from a local rental company. I was greeted at San Pedro airport and guided to the property. Friendly helpful people and what a relaxing vacation all because I choose the Oceanaire!!!

Great time!

The condo is a little far from town (have to cross a sometimes toll bridge) but there is a ton to do on the north side and it seems a little safer up there. Get the golf cart, its necessary, they booked all of our excursions and they were all great!

I own on the North side of the island for several reasons; it's quieter and away from the congestion of town and yes, we do seem to enjoy a safe and relaxing part of the island. The condo is beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and spacious. Lori and Jim are sooo helpful and welcoming. Zero complaints. You have everything you need and more for a wonderful island stay. I highly recommend and would certainly stay again!

Great stay north of town

We stayed 8 days around Christmas 2022. Clean, quiet place with awesome ocean views. Management very responsive and arranged our golf cart rental and picked us up at the San Pedro airport. Note they offer to book Tropic Air flights for you and can get a better deal on the changeable tickets than what is posted online. We enjoyed this rental - thank you!

Perfect spot on San Pedro

Oceanaire condos is clean, quiet, everything we needed for our 11 day stay. The hosts are amazing, set us up with golf cart and flights to the island, always available for questions and recommendations. The place is close to downtown, but far enough away to have some quiet time. The pool is refreshing. All of our excursions picked us up from the dock at the condo. Cannot recommend this place more...its the best!

Wonderful week of sun and relaxation

The property was just as described and even more beautiful in person. Condo was Spacious, clean, and well equipped to enjoy meals at home in addition to eating out. Many Restaurants nearby. The pool was my go to spot and never crowded. We had the opportunity to meet many of the owners during our week and they were fantastic. Lori/Seleni’s concierge services were key in setting up flights, the golf cart, and getting us to/from the airport. Definitely the plus of booking this location. I definitely recommend this building to friends/family in the future.

Lovely location. Beautiful condo

Our host Lori was extremely helpful. She helped book our connecting flight and golf cart. She was willing to help with anything or any questions and was nice all around. The condo was lovely , well appointed with beautiful furnishings. The condo had everything you think you would need. She even had games and movies. The location is perfect and quiet but not far from the fun. I’d stay here over and over again. We didn’t want to leave it! Highly recommended!

Great Vacation!

We stayed for a week at Oceanaire #11. The view is tremendous and the condo is very clean. My wife and I stayed there and there was plenty of room for both of us. The pool was great to get into and for relaxing. The pictures in the VRBO are accurate and would recommend staying here. Seleni was a great! She picked us up at the airport and had our golf cart lined up for us, fly fishing trip, and Tropic Air flights. This was the first time we have stayed on the North side and enjoyed it very much. It was great going to secret beach visiting Blue Byou. We had some dink’s next door at Paco’s Tiki bar and the food was great (Thanks Joey)!

Oceanfront Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our eight day stay. The property is perfectly located on the third floor with the ocean at your door step and a variety of restaurants close by. It was very clean with all the amenities one would need and a great place for two couples to share. Ana met us at the airport with a golf cart which is essential if you want to explore the Island. She was very helpful and extremely friendly and assisted us with all the arrangements for the various excursions we took. Diego was also a big help and available anytime we had a question or needed directions. All four of us would highly recommend this property. It's a perfect location to kick back and enjoy the island.
