I was disappointed in the view, you had to hang your head out the window and look down the alley to see the ocean... it wasn't ocean view.. it was "Oh, I can see the ocean from here". AND... the pictures make the bed look like queen size but they are actually doubles. Which was dissapointing also... The room was clean but we still had some cockaroaches. At least the hotel was on the beach so we could walk down and the pool was great.

Great quick get away!!

I enjoyed my stay, the pool was amazing, the coffee on the ocean became my happy place. The owner of the unit responds fast and is easy to communicate with. I will be a returning customer. My hair dye for what ever reason may of stained one of the larger white towels. Reached out to the owner, so she isn't surprised and will happily reimburse if that is the case..

In reality

The unit matched the photo..however not upscale..Ikea furniture. aweful cleaner smell in room.windows don,t open, one bed nice the other like plywood,dishes and cutlery sparse. No sharp knife..miss sized mugs..flat top stove no instructions or cookware...PARKING expensive. A resolved glitch in the prepay fee. Location..fabulous!! Several good restaraunts, shops and the BEACH

This property is managed by a management company and owner involvement The staff here SUCKS. Very rude and not helpful at all. The owner of my unit was awesome !! AC WAS BROKEN she brought us fan's immediately She also spoke to front desk about their behavior She was accommodating and hotel security didn't even know how to call 911 for a different room That should b standard They should know how to and what number to call.... it's on h title 911 Shouldn't b that hard, they made her call ambulance herself and refused to call for her Won't b back... but the only convience store is located across the street

This hotel is not as advertised. Id love my money back

Before I entered the hotel, all of the bellboys (about 4 of them watched me struggle to carry my luggage in. One of the patrons of the hotel commented on this. I was so shocked. I first walked in and was met with the overpowering stench of mold. I walked in to check in and the front desk woman was eating a full meal and really could not be bothered to help me. When she did put her food aside, she told me that I was being charged an additional fee and I was very confused by this. Still, I paid for it, entered my room, and as soon as I made it up there, there was a strong odor of CIGARETTES. There were signs posted everywhere about NO SMOKING. I left this hotel immediately. I have asthma so I immediately had trouble breathing. I need my money back.
