Parking
4 to 5 cars in the driveway. Street parking is acceptable but not preferred to be considerate of neighbors. The driveway is 40ft long x 35ft wide. RV could park in the driveway but no hookup. One garage parking spot is accessible.

Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. Just one minute down the road, a small commercial hub includes a Circle K convenience store, Dunkin Donuts, and casual dining options. You’ll find multiple supermarket options within a 5-minute drive, including Whole Foods and Walmart Supercenter.

This property is a 20-minute drive to Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport, and 25 minutes west of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

The greater Phoenix area is jam-packed with indoor and outdoor attractions to suit every taste.
