Welcome to the Pierre's Perch - a recently renovated, budget-friendly studio a part of history laden Galleria Studios. The Galleria Complex rests in the heart of Bahama Village, just 3 short blocks from world famous Duval Street.

The Galleria was once a haven for traveling artists who frequented Key West. With a tranquil pool area and spacious sundeck, The Galleria has been transformed into an oasis for all travelers who are looking for relaxation and inspiration during their time in paradise.

The Space:
Perched atop the 2nd floor, this small studio was just recently remodeled in the Fall of 2023. It features modern, yet tropical vibes and even boasts Dade County Pine in the interior. With a comfy Queen bed, top-of-the-line linens, en suite bathroom, and convenient kitchenette, Pierre's Perch is the perfect budget-friendly option for those looking to hang their hat for a few days in paradise .

The kitchenette offers a two-burner stove, mini-fridge, freeze, microwave, and Keurig with complimentary coffee supplies. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and cable TV as well as the shared onsite laundry facility that guests are welcome to use!

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guest will receive 2 unique access codes upon check-in. One code will be used to access the hallway, the second will be used to access the room.

Guests will have access to the heated pool, onsite laundry facility, bike rack, sundeck, and gas grill.

The Neighborhood:
Bahama Village is a historic, mostly residential neighborhood just a few short blocks from the main strip of Duval Street. Visitors (and locals) love this area due to its beautiful, Bahamian-inspired atmosphere, as well as its close proximity to famous attractions and amazing food options. Walk, bike, or scooter down to the Southernmost Point, Key West Lighthouse, Butterfly Conservatory, Truman Waterfront Park, and the Earnest Hemingway Museum. Enjoy some of Key West's most popular restaurants such as Blue Heaven, Santiago's, Firefly, and Rams Head Southernmost.

Getting Around:
Parking Information:
There is no on-site parking provided. Free limited street parking is available on a first-come first-service basis and located directly in front of the Galleria complex. There is no guaranteed availability or proximity to the unit. Should you find a parking spot, please note you can not park in one marked "Residential" and some spots may be pay-to-park on neighboring streets.

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

Other Things to Note:
- Please note that this unit is very small and may not be comfortable for some guests.
- There is a shared washer/dryer available on the first floor next to the pool area.
- Pets are welcome! Our requirements are as follows:
- 40lb maximum per pet
- $15/night per pet
- 2 pet maximum
