The Village of Britannia is a 90-acre estate community located in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach corridor, off West Bay Road in Grand Cayman.  It features lots of green space, walking trails, swimming pools and a canal to the North Bay.

Britannia is ideally located a short walk away from award-winning restaurants and duty-free shopping at live-work-play development Camana Bay, as well as easy access to the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, via a safe and convenient pedestrian pathway.

Accommodation: This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condominium is located on the 3rd floor of this beautiful residential complex. With unobstructed views of the waterway, from both of its private patios. You can relax and enjoy outside dining, morning coffee or sunset cocktails, with plenty of space to choose from. There is a Keurig machine and also a regular 12-cup drip coffee maker.  The 3rd-floor unit is accessed by stairs and has a dedicated free parking space.  There is also visitor parking.

The living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, Master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, plus two additional guest bedrooms and bathrooms, are all located on the 3rd-floor level.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features an induction stove top, double oven, large wine fridge, wet bar, and surround sound providing guests with complete holiday luxury.

Outdoor Entertainment: As this unit is canal front, it is the perfect location for you to rent kayaks and jet skis, to explore the North Sound, or be picked up for a fishing, snorkelling or diving excursion to Stingray City!

Experienced boat operators can rent a private boat for part or all of your stay and use the condo's private dock, giving you the freedom to explore the Cayman Islands from the water!  Cayman Islands Boat Rentals offers private boat, jet ski and kayak rentals.

Beautiful Seven Mile Beach is a 7-10 minute walk where you can take any of the 4 complimentary, lightweight folding beach chairs with backpack straps in the condo.

The Village of Britannia is a peaceful “community” of condominiums and villas and is a terrific place to stay with family or friends. There is plenty of space for you and your guests to spread out and each can have their own bedroom space!

Convenient Dining Options: There is no shortage of things to do when here in Grand Cayman: a morning walk around the Britannia green space, stroll or boat over to your office or enjoy some evening jazz or the latest movie at Camana Bay.

Relax with cocktails on the beach at Tillies, boat over to Rum Point for the day, explore all of the unspoiled backwaters, swim with the stingrays at Stingray City, golf at the North Sound Golf Club, beautiful swimming pools, sailing, SCUBA diving, various other water sports, beach combing or playing in the white sand on a gorgeous stretch of Seven Mile Beach.

Grand Cayman is considered to be the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean.  Here’s a list of great local restaurants on Seven Mile Beach:

- Peppers is one of the best restaurants for authentic local cuisine. Enjoy the live music from 8 pm Thursday-Saturday.

- Cimboco is great for breakfast and lunch. Everything is made from scratch, from the breads and soups, and brick oven pizzas to homemade desserts.

- Chicken! Chicken! Is famous for its delicious, savoury, mouth-watering “Caribbean Wood Roasted” chicken.

- Tukka West For great seafood restaurants where you can watch the catch of the day be unloaded by local fishermen,

- Calypso Grill is very popular with the locals with a great view of North Sound, very comfortable and cozy and serves delicious fresh seafood.

- Agua Restaurant & Lounge is located at the heart of Camana Bay, on the waterfront. Italian and Peruvian-inspired cuisine. Famous for its large selection of ceviche.

- The Fall is our favorite steakhouse. Great food, great service.

- Casanova by the Sea and Ragazzi are our favorite Italian restaurants.
