This air-conditioned apartment features a kitchenette, heating and a separate bathroom with lovely garden views. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast provisions. The bathroom has free toiletries and a hairdryer. There is also a TV, DVD player, iPod dock and a Blu-ray player.
Guests have access to communal barbecue facilities and a shared laundry.

We are located on the corner of Poulter Ave & Walton Street, in Rhyll.
Once you have crossed the bridge to Phillip Island continue on the Phillip Island Road for 7.5 km, take the right-hand turn signed posted "Rhyll" and continue to the T junction in Rhyll, turn right onto Lock Road heading to the beach. Take the second right into Walton Street and we are located on the first right hand corner.
PARKING
For Guests staying in ACORN turn right into Poulter Ave and park in the second driveway on your left.

Phillip Island is home to a variety of wildlife attractions including the famous penguin parade and Australia’s largest fur seal colony.
Phillip Island is located 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne and the Oak Tree Lodge in Rhyll is the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil English garden setting
Other Things to Note:
The Oak Tree Lodge is situated 150 m from the beach, and a short stroll from some of the best eateries on the Island, The Foreshore bar & restaurant, Tides of Rhyll fish and chips, and the Seaside breakfast & lunch café.
Rhyll also has a general store; the Outback Chef’s Wild Food Farm is a great day out or you can hire a boat from Phillip Island Marine for a day’s fishing. The Purple Hen winery is a short drive for an afternoon of wine tasting.
