Recently remodeled with a touch of millennial style, this cozy home offers comfortable seating throughout, Roku TV in the living room and each bedroom, and a pool table that doubles as a dining table.
Cook up a storm in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen, or step outside to grill on the balcony while watching the sun set over the mountains. After a day of outdoor activities at Ski Cooper or Copper Mountain, soak in the hot tub and stargaze above.
Built in the late 1970s, The Hilltop Haven has recently been remodeled to provide a comfortable and modern living space while still retaining its original charm. All 3 bedrooms offer a 12-inch memory foam Queen mattress for a great night sleep, and the house is located on the Leadville Race Series course for the 100 miler bike & run, making it the perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts. The Neighborhood:
4 blocks from downtown/main street Leadville! Also right on the Leadville Race Series course for the 100 miler bike and run. You'll be surrounded by the highest mountains in the Colorado Rockies where majestic scenery blends with a lively history. There is much to do during your stay including:
- Skiing at nearby Ski Cooper, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek
- Ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and Nordic skiing on the Mineral Belt Trail.
- Mountain biking for any level of expertise. World-class hiking, mountain climbing, fishing and hunting.
- Shopping, dining, visiting museums or taking a self-guided walking tour in a quintessential Victorian town.
- Following the route of the Silver Kings in Leadville's Mining District.
- Exploring ghost towns.
- Four-wheeling from beginner level to the more advanced 13,186' Mosquito Pass, the highest vehicular road in the United States.
Getting Around:
Pretty much all of our guests bring a car to get around. There is plenty of parking and it's an easy walk to Main Street.

Parking is shared with the other units. There is also a two car limit for the driveway for this listing so please make sure to carpool if you need to!
This home has 2 apartments on the bottom level of the home. The apartments have separate entrances and shouldn't affect your stay, but please note that noise travels easily so we have implemented the following quiet hours:
10pm - 8am during the week
11pm - 8am on weekends
Yes, we are pet friendly -There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max) - $70 +tax for one, $140 +tax for two.
Note: under no circumstances can you leave your pet(s) unattended at the property - there are doggy day care/ dog boarding options or take your pet with you! Violations of this may be met with a $100 fine or we may ask you to check-out early.

Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
