IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• This property accepts a maximum of 4 adults. Larger groups of adults are not accepted.
• There is a new build being constructed across the road, commencing April, estimated to conclude by Christmas 2024. Building works will be conducted mostly midweek and some Saturdays. We expect noise to be minimal but obviously cannot control what happens in a neighbouring property.
