This two-bedroom unit is located on the top floor to give you the best views over the waterways, the unit highlights sophistication and style and is perfect for a romantic weekend away for couples or a small family holiday escape from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday life. There is an open plan living area with air conditioning and floating timber floors throughout, the living area has a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and ceiling fan.
This area opens out onto the undercover balcony with an outdoor lounge setting, the perfect place to sit back, relax and take in the stunning views of the water and Marina.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with stone bench-tops and complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, oven, and microwave, the unit also provides a dishwasher and family size fridge / freezer.
Two bedrooms with the main having a Queen bed with a ceiling fan- and built-in wardrobe, whilst the second bedroom has 2 Single beds and a built-in robe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit shares an external laundry with one other unit, the laundry has its own top loader washing machine and dryer.
There is no allocated car space for the unit, there is however a concrete area out the front of the complex which all guests can use if there is a space available. This complex is located so you can walk to all the local attractions, bars, restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping and beaches – this is just the perfect destination for your next holiday.
