Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with deck access and private bathroom is handicap friendly with roll-in shower with grab bars and a roll-under vanity sink. King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access, and private full bathroom, King Bedroom with deck access and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), and a Bedroom with Triple Bunk Set (Single/Single/Single) and a Bunk Set with a flat-screen TV and deck access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, and deck access. Dining area seating 10 with deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, half bath, loft with desk and sitting area. King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private deck access, and private full bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great Property

The place was perfect and very close to the beach. It is a very quiet area and perfectly located minutes away from restaurants and other entertainment.

Amazing property

Overall this property was awesome! Very clean upon arrival, very accurate description of rooms and space. Very well stocked with kitchen items (cookware and dishes). Loved all the balconies, very close to the beach. My family and I loved this place! Definitely recommend! Would stay here again for sure.

Family Fun

Although the property needs quite a few upgrades, our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay there. When we arrived, the dryer was broken, the built in microwave had no power, and one toilet seat was broken. The property managers brought over a countertop microwave right away and a brand new dryer was delivered by about the 3rd day. They were very responsive! It's a very nice neighborhood and location to the beach is convenient with a trail just steps away. The deck and pool furniture are excellent! It is a VERY tall house, so be prepared to walk up and down MANY steps! The kitchen is on the 3rd floor. The bunk room wasnt quite what we needed with full grown young adult kids (early 20s). The bunks seemed very small, like kid size. Instead, we ended up with kids sleeping on couches all over the house. But the house was plenty big and roomy and well equipped for a group that size. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and didnt even need heat for the pool in mid-June. The home decor was very tasteful and we enjoyed the puzzles on rainy days.
