- No laundry inside the unit - common laundry is on the level 9 (paid laundry).
- Public carpark in the building available - limited parking for 2 hours.
- Please be advised noisy works will be occurring in this building every Wednesday until the end of the year. This should not affect your stay.
- No pets are allowed in the property
