A Piece Of Paradise comfortably sleeps 7 people with 2 separate living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedroom and back sunroom with ping pong table.

Bedroom 2 - 1x Bunk Bed and Trundle - Upstairs
Bedroom 3 - 1x Queen Bed- Downstairs

Kitchen: There is a fully equipped Main kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge, tea & coffee.

Upstairs Bathroom: Shower, Toilet & Vanity
Downstairs Bathroom: Shower, Toilet & Vanity

Heating/Cooling: Split System Air conditioning upstairs for cooling only and oil heaters for heating .

Outdoors: Veranda with BBQ and views over park and water.
Back sunroom with pingpong table.

Parking: Driveway and free on street parking spaces

A Piece Of Paradise is not pet friendly.

Linen:
A Piece Of Paradise is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.

Wifi:
A Piece Of Paradise supply's complimentary Wi-Fi for your stay, however the connection strength cannot be guaranteed.

Security bond:
A security bond of $500 may be required depending on the method of booking. This will be confirmed if required at the time of booking.

Arrivals and departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state to which it was found.
