Enjoy the beautiful scenery at our newly built (2022) log cabin “Pine Woods” (@pinewoodslogcabin), perfectly situated nearby Algonquin Park & Arrowhead Provincial Park.

Relax with your family & friends as you enjoy serenity throughout our beautiful property nestled in the woods with many nearby trails, lakes, national parks all matched with stellar foresty vibes - only pleasant times here on out!

**INSIDE AREA**

1ST BEDROOM
The 1st bedroom (master) has a queen bed (innerspring) with mattress topper, all linens & pillows along with a dresser, nightstand & lamp. A small work station comprised of a desk & chair is also inside the bedroom.

2ND BEDROOM
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed (innerspring) with mattress topper, all linens & pillows along with a dresser, nightstand & lamp.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a mirror, sink, toilet and shower. Other items for guests are included in vanity: soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, etc.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, exhaust fan, sink (potable drinking water), dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Plates, bowls, cutlery, pots & pans, and selection of spices, etc are all also provided.

Lastly, the large kitchen island to eat at with 4 comfy bar stools.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is comprised with two large comfy couches (2 & 3 seater), side table, TV (not pictured) & wood stove. A chess set, playing cards & other board games are also stored in a tote for our guests to use.

TV / INTERNET / CELL SERVICE
40” Roku TV with other streaming apps.

Very fast internet & strong signal. Lucky to be one of the very few properties in area with Starlink currently. Buffering may happen still but far less frequent than other internet providers.

There is cell service inside the cabin via installed cell booster.

HEATING
Radiant heating throughout the floors and a wood stove to keep you nice & toasty throughout any chilly nights.

Kindling & newspaper is all provided for our guests. Guests are suggested to bring their own firewood.

**OUTDOOR AREA**

DECK
The deck has a brand new Napoleon BBQ with 2 full propane tanks, a patio table set with 4 chairs & several pot lights for ease of use during the evening.

SAUNA
Our newly built 12’ barrel sauna is capable of seating up to 4+ people combined with a separate change room.

FIRE PIT
The 5 traditional Muskoka wood chairs surrounding the stone fire pit will allow for great wilderness memories along with some tasty s’mores!

BACKYARD
There is a large grassy area behind cabin which is perfect for outdoor activities.

Many sports items (soccer ball, football, etc) are available for our guests to use.

DRIVEWAY / PARKING
Plenty of parking is available on the driveway.

PETS
We do allow pets! There is a $50 one-time pet fee for all guests, please let us know if you will be bringing your pet(s).

WILDLIFE
Please be aware not to leave food / garbage outside as we are in areas of heavily dense forests amongst wildlife animals.

GUEST ACCESS
Entire space. Please make yourself at home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our family business develops log cabin homes in the area for rentals, our clients and future development projects.

The most recent log cabin development of ours situated next door was at a 4.97 rating with many happy quests prior to the closing sale last year. Since then, we are consistently improving our build quality, amenities (sauna + more!) & overall experience to our guests.
