Great for families

This is our second time staying at this property and we love the floor plan and easy access to the pool.

Would not Rent Again

Full disclosure, my trip shifted days before check in, and I could not get a refund for that day. I was aware of the policy, and I do not think this tainted my view of the rental. I now have a $200+ credit with Evolve but would never use it. First, the listing states smart TVs AND "cable and satellite TVs." When I first checked, none of the TVs worked. They are all smart TVs that you have use your own accounts for. I have never had a rental that did not have at least basic cable, especially when it was advertised in the listing. I contacted the manager for help with this issue. While waiting for a response, when I went to get into bed, there was a gross stain on the bed that appeared to be bodily fluids. I contacted the manager about this as well. I was told that, despite what the listing said, there is no cable or satellite available. More importantly that the manager KNEW about the stained linens and did nothing about it. He told me that is "just a stain" and I should just "change it out and set it aside." This was super disappointing and pretty concerning, especially given the $394 in "host fees" I paid for my trip. Strangely, without asking to enter or saying anything at all to us before, during, or after entering, at some point the stained linens were removed from the rental. Other issues I noticed the sinks were not clean and had a dirty residue, the floors had not been vacuumed well. Overall, this was a super weird/disappointing experience. I would not go back.

Very Spacious and perfect for large family

We loved the spaciousness of the home. Having 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms was so convenient for our group. Plenty of room to spread out. The ping pong table was fun and the property had a great heated swimming pool the kids enjoyed. Communication was prompt and helpful with questions we had. Thank you so much!
