Camera 1 is located on the east fence along the driveway, camera 2 is located on the west fence along the driveway, camera 3 is located on the cabin exteriors facing the lake, camera 4 is located on the driveway gate facing the driveway, and camera 5 is located on the dock overlooking the shared dock area. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay

- NOTE: This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet

- NOTE: A fishing license is required of any resident who fishes in the public waters of Texas and failure to produce proof of license can result in fines by Game Warden. Easy online purchases can be found on the Texas Parks & Wildlife website
- NOTE: All canoes, kayaks & paddleboards must have on board one (1) USCG-approved wearable PFD for each person on board. Game Warden fines may result if discovered
- NOTE: The dock & bulkhead are shared amenities, boat/slip/lift are excluded
