117 Admirals Row - Onze mooi ingerichte, twee slaapkamers / twee complete badkamer villa is volledig ingericht voor uw comfort en plezier. Het omvat een queensize bed in de master suite, twee aparte bedden in de tweede slaapkamer en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. De villa is 9 m² en is het meest geschikt voor een feest tot 4 personen. We zullen echter rekening houden met maximaal 6 personen in onze villa. De praktische plattegrond creëert privacy tussen de slaapkamers en de woonkamer.

DIT IS EEN NIET-ROKENDE EENHEID. WIJ ROKEN GEEN SOORT TOE. Dank je!

We onderhouden ijverig onze villa om een aangename en comfortabele accommodatie voor onze gasten te garanderen. Onze meest recente updates omvatten nieuw woonkamermeubilair, de volledige verbouwing van beide badkamers en nieuwe laminaatvloeren die in de villa zijn geïnstalleerd. We bieden ook gratis breedband draadloos internet voor uw gemak !!! De woonkamer is uitgerust met een grote, HD-tv met dvd-speler en de slaapkamer heeft een HD-tv met dvd-speler. Onze villa is echt thuis weg van huis!

117 Admirals Row is gelegen in het MEEST wenselijke oceaangebouw 'A' in HHB & T Resort met een mooie zuidelijke ligging. Onze villa locatie is perfect voor een geweldige strandvakantie.

Er is handige parkeergelegenheid direct voor de villa. Houd er rekening mee dat het resort een vergoeding van $ 25 in rekening brengt voor elke uitgegeven Gate Pass. Deze vergoeding wordt betaald op het moment van boeking. U moet de eigenaren op de hoogte stellen als u van plan bent meer dan 1 auto in het resort te hebben.

HET IS ZEER ZELDZAAM EEN 2 SLAAPKAMER / 2 BADVERHUUR TE VINDEN DICHT BIJ DE OCEAAN! Onze zuidelijke blootstelling biedt warmte tijdens de wintermaanden en koele schaduwrijke zeewind tijdens de zomermaanden. De oprit vanaf de parkeerplaats rechtstreeks naar de voordeur maakt onze villa gemakkelijk toegankelijk en handig.

De hoeklocatie heeft extra ramen voor veel natuurlijk zonlicht, weids uitzicht en comfortabele zeebries. Maar het beste van alles is dat ons dubbele balkon u een adembenemend uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan biedt - op slechts 50 meter van uw deur! (zie foto).

Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is een prachtig familie-georiënteerd resort aan zee met veel voorzieningen, waaronder tien verlichte tennisbanen (gratis rechtbanktijd voor gasten), seizoensgebonden golfkortingen op eilandcursussen (belresort voor meer informatie), 2 zwembaden, waaronder het grootste zwembad op het eiland met seizoensgebonden bar en grill 'Jamaica Joe'z, Coconutz Sportz Bar met karaoke elke dinsdag- en donderdagavond, Gator's Pizza and Wings, fietsverhuur, fitnesscentrum, basketbalveld en seizoensgebonden kinderactiviteiten bij het zwembad. Perfect summer stay
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was close enough to the beach to see the water even on the first floor, and was convenient to the pool as well. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us. It was clean and updated, and it was stocked with all of the kitchen items/ appliances needed, as well as beach items to use. It was a lovely condo and a great location!

The condo was beautiful and so close to the beach! Me my husband and daughter all loved the location and super easier access to the ocean. Our hosts responded quickly and answered any question we had. I loved all the amenities at the resort. We played tennis and pickle ball. And we all loved the outdoor restaurant and pool. There was awesome fireworks and so many things to do right in the resort we rarely left. I did not want to leave. I highly recommend staying here . Thank you Lynda for a wonderful summer vacation.

The unit was awesome! Just a short walk to the beach. The beach buggy and chairs were a great plus and saved us from having to bring these items with us. I love the remodel to the unit! The owners were very quick to respond to my questions. We will be staying again.

Great condo. Very well stocked. Recently renovated. Extremely close to the beach. Sacrifice ocean view on first floor but great for loading and unloading cars without waiting for the elevator. This Verbo rental was amazing! Ocean view, short walk to the beach. Clean surroundings friendly front desk and all around great. We stayed Easter weekend and just relaxed on the beach with our family. Condo had all the amenities like beach chairs umbrella, beach cart, and some beach toys. At night the porch was beautiful to hang out on and have a cocktail listening to the ocean and feeling the nice breeze. 10/10 will stay again.

Condo is exactly as shown in pictures. Walk to the beach is super convenient. We especially loved the 1st floor convenience. Resort amenities were good. Great stay!
We’ve stayed at the HHI B and T resort many times. This is by far the best unit we’ve rented. The unit was very spacious, well stocked, clean, wonderfully decorated, and the location to the beach was perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed the tables on the balconies. There were many hooks in the unit to hang bathing suits/towels to keep the floors clear. We loved having ceiling fans in each room. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to easily cook a few meals at home. We can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect Vacation
This first floor unit on Admirals row - ocean view is absolutely beautiful. Steps to the beach. The unit is immaculate. Beautiful decor with exquisite high end details. The Queen side bed in the master is very comfortable. Room darkening curtains are great if you want to sleep in. The on suite bathroom is very spacious. The kitchen is set up with everything you need. The double balcony is equipped with very nice patio furniture to watch the sunset or eat your breakfast. I can’t say enough positive things. 5 stars and the owners were delightful to communicate with. Thank you again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent and steps from the beach
We just returned from this property and we loved staying there! The location for proximity to the beach is perfect, it’s a 3 minute walk. The resort itself was great for Pickleball, Tennis, two pools, one pool bar, and more than one access point to get to the beach. Our stay was relaxing and so fun to be this close to the beach. We enjoyed meals on the balcony with the ocean in view. We will definitely book again!

Loved this property!!!!!!
Literally steps from the beach, couldn’t be closer. The condo was beautiful inside, almost completely renovated, felt new and fresh and was super clean. In addition it had absolutely everything we could possibly need for the kitchen and cooking, and beach gear such as chairs, boogie boards, etc.. We loved relaxing on the balcony!!! The community is also great with a huge pool, (and a smaller pool) and bar/restaurant and tons of other activities (tennis, shuffle board). Easy access with keypad and lots of communication. Would 10000% stay here again.
