Easy, flat road access will bring you to this cottage on a quiet lake that oozes charm and comfort. The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a well-equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet (work from the dock!). A scenic 2 hour drive from the GTA, this cottage is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a work-from-home getaway.

The cottage is located under 10 minutes from the quaint village of Minden, where you will find amenities such as grocery stores, LCBO/Beer Store, Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons, gas, great restaurants, and the famous Kawartha Dairy Minden location - a must visit!

The cottage is located on a private, quiet, spring-fed, non-motorized lake, with great swimming off the dock, and fishing for Bass, Pickerel, and Perch right from the dock. Enjoy sunshine all day on the beautiful 80 ft dock or chill on the deck or lawn.

The interior is stylish and cozy, with 2 walkouts to the deck. There is a large primary bedroom (with amazing lake view) with 1 queen bed, and 1 pullout couch. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (2 singles). There is also a pull out sofa bed (with queen mattress) in the living room and a folding camp cot available if you need it. The kitchen is well-equipped with all that's needed to create a delicious meal. Appliances include a new refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, Crockpot, plates, cups, cutlery, etc. Water at the cottage is UV filtered and safe for drinking. There is also a water cooler available if you'd like to bring your own water.

Outside, there is a dining area and conversation set on the deck, Muskoka chairs, a fire pit, Weber BBQ with propane, and lots of greenspace!

Please bring your own towels, bed linens (sheets, pillowcases; we will provide the blankets and comforters), groceries/coffee K-pods, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, and wood for the firepit.

For your comfort, there is a brand new ductless heating and cooling/AC system at the cottage, along with fans and baseboard heaters. Please enjoy fires outside only.

There is a Smart TV in the living room for your use.
