Come experience New Orleans by staying in this spacious, shotgun style double located in the heart of New Orleans. Situated only a block away from the iconic St. Charles Avenue, this home is the perfect location to experience all of what NOLA has to offer. Built in the 1800s, this home comes with all the historic New Orleans charm; including 12-foot-high ceilings. Entertain on the historic front porch or relax in your lush, fenced, shared, backyard!

The Space:
This home is a true shotgun two bedroom 1 bathroom home with souring ceilings. The primary bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom is located in between the kitchen and family room (This bedroom is open to the other rooms and you must walk through it to get from family room to kitchen). The bathroom features an original clawfoot tub/shower combo. Original features such as the artistic brick (nonworking) fireplace have been restored to give a classic New Orleans feel. This unit is accessed from the front door on the lovely porch overlooking a lovely garden.

Guest Access:
The guest has full access to the home. The home is a 4plex with the landing foyer access along the side of the building.

The Neighborhood:
This home is two blocks away from the iconic St. Charles street car that can bring you to both ends of the city. Numerous restaurants on St Charles Avenue and Oretha Castle Haley are just 2 blocks from the home.

Getting Around:
We recommend making good use of the street car that is just two blocks away.

Other Things to Note:
This home a is a 4plex, but you have a private entrance to your unit.
