This is the best property i have rented so far! So peaceful and cozy! Close to spooky nook! Everytging was stocked! They made sure you are ok during the stay and if need anything they are quick to respond! Highly recommended!! Ill be back! ✨

Very charming cottage

Nice property, tranquil, and cozy, very clean. Location is great. Bed is very comfortable. Host is very attentive, welcomed us with fruits, snacks and other things. I recommend it.

An absolutely perfect cottage

My mother, sister and I spent a weekend at this incredible cottage. We were welcomed immediately by the lovely front porch (with sunny yellow door) and landscaping, with tons of cute fall decor for the season. It is rare to stay someplace that is so thoughtfully designed and outfitted, but it is evident in every room in this house. We cooked both nights we were there - the kitchen is well stocked and not with the random castaways that you often find in other rental homes, but with good quality dishes and cookware. We asked if there was a meat thermometer - there wasn't but the next morning, one appeared on the porch for us. There is lighting that comes on as you go up the stairs and under the beds. There is good toilet paper and makeup towels, wonderful smelling shampoo and soap. The gas fireplace was great on the slightly chilly nights. We didn't get to take advantage of the grill or fire pit, so we will have to leave that for another visit. A jar of local jam, local pickles and a chocolate bar welcomed us upon arrival. We truly cannot think of anything we would change. Jody and Jim were incredibly responsive. I cannot recommend this place highly enough - we will be back!
