Guests will have access to the entire unit and dedicated parking space. Please make yourself at home!

Unit is part of a 4-plex & comes with 1 reserved parking spot. There is additional paid permit parking or lot access also available upon request. Please reach out before your reservation for details if you need more than 1 parking space.

Other things to note
**Absolutely no events/parties. Any violation may result in immediate eviction and $500 fine.

No smoking in or on premises. Please treat the space with respect and be noise-conscious of the neighbours. If anything arises, please reach out and we will take action/steps to remedy as soon as possible.
