Our home is situated on a wide canal and has direct Gulf access from Gordon Pass with Keewaydin Island only a few nautical miles away

You can enter the second floor by a set of stairs or an elevator.

Outside, the expansive custom swimming pool is 900 square feet, invites guests to take refreshing laps or relax in the spa while enjoying the Florida sunshine. The outdoor kitchen is a wonderful addition, providing an opportunity for guests to cook and dine al fresco.

We are a pet friendly home - 2 dogs, 40 pounds and under allowed with no additional fees

All bookings require the signing of a reservation agreement with Mike Z Rentals which will automatically be sent shortly after booking.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.
