Almost no steps into this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the Falls building at Deer Park. Drive straight past the swim club to the 2nd building, and find this home on the left end. The walkway leads to a small sitting area to gather while the door is unlocked. Inside, come through the foyer after hanging up your coat and dropping your shoes. Beyond, you'll see the main living space, as you pause between a full bath on your left and the second bedroom on your right. This bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Moving on, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen with a serving counter on your left, with the dining table and seating for six on the far side. Past this is the living room with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and AC over the slider to the back patio. Enjoy the sounds of the river from inside or out. Heading back into the condo, bear left after the sofas and find the stacked washer/dryer in the hall to the primary bedroom. That bedroom has a king bed, TV, AC, and a private full bath.

While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to an indoor pool, fitness room, and man-made swimming pond with a sandy beach.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

The pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Great rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We take snowboarding trips every Feb for the last 14 years and this was in our top 5 rentals. The condo was clean, spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed including a crock pot that we were able to cook dinner in while snowboarding. The fact that we were able to bring our dog was such perk. The area was perfect for her too with a trail that went around the lake and river to explore. We enjoyed the condo so much we are thinking of returning in the summer dates permitting.
