If you are looking to live a little of Ballarat's history during your stay, then this 1890/1900 era Victorian home might be just what you are looking for.

This recently refurbished single fronted home features two large sized bedrooms, 14 foot ceilings, two fireplaces, and a large kitchen with all you'll need to make yourself at home.

The hallway floors are still the original floorboards, while the bedrooms and living room enjoy the finest quality axminster carpet offering comfort and warmth.

Ceiling roses in the hallway and living room offer the perfect point for gorgeous chandelier and lamp lighting suspend from.

The kitchen / dining room is bright and contains a table large enough to seat 6 adults comfortably.

Parking is on-street, and no permit is required. No timed parking restrictions are in place.

You'll find one of Ballarat's most traditional pubs 50 metres away, and a wood fired pizza restaurant just across the road. A further 100 metres and you are at a popular coffee shop / breakfast place with delicious dining options available.

The property will be exclusively yours during your stay, though I live a short distance away and am available by mobile if you have any questions.

You can really walk everywhere you might want to go during your stay. Supermarkets are less than a kilometre away.

Ballarat is home to Lake Wendouree, which is less than one kilometre walk. Or if shopping and / or dining is more your thing, that is less than a ten minute walk away too! A perfect position to base yourself during your stay.
Any bedwetting stains on mattress or linens will be charged at $100 per stay.
Smoking inside the premises will incur a charge of $250.
