The kitchen / dining room is bright and contains a table large enough to seat 6 adults comfortably.
Parking is on-street, and no permit is required. No timed parking restrictions are in place.
You'll find one of Ballarat's most traditional pubs 50 metres away, and a wood fired pizza restaurant just across the road. A further 100 metres and you are at a popular coffee shop / breakfast place with delicious dining options available.
The property will be exclusively yours during your stay, though I live a short distance away and am available by mobile if you have any questions.

Any bedwetting stains on mattress or linens will be charged at $100 per stay.
Smoking inside the premises will incur a charge of $250.
