Hi Sarah,We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the close proximity to the OU campus—thank you for your kind words. We're sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the check-in code. I followed up with customer service and was informed that detailed check-in and check-out instructions are included in the confirmation email sent at the time of booking. They confirmed that the email was sent to you, but it appears it may not have been opened—it's possible it ended up in your spam or junk folder.Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Norman!Best regards,Dale and Kim

From the owner: "We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay and we understand your frustration with the fees. Unfortunately we do need to pay a service group to ensure the home is super clean and prestine for the next booking. Also, taxes are mandatory. We do not hide the fees at all so they are laid out clearly prior to booking. We understand that additional fees may have been charged by your chosen booking site. We would love to see you book through Evolve next time for the lowest price."

From the Owner: "Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the initial confusion during check-in. As this was a last-minute booking, there was a delay in notifying our property manager, which unfortunately meant the home wasn’t fully prepared when you arrived. However, I did speak with Jennifer, and she mentioned that she acted quickly and made it a priority to get everything ready for you as soon as possible. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Thank you as well for your kind words about Jennifer—she truly goes above and beyond for our guests, and we’re happy she was able to personally resolve the shower issue when the plumber didn’t arrive as expected. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under smoother circumstances!"

Hi Jeri! We're glad you thought the house was great and that you enjoyed having your fur babies with you. As dog owners we know how important that can be. We apologize for these issues. We were notified of the low battery on the evening of March 20th and our manager planned to replace it immediately after your check-out the next day. She confirmed creamer and sweeteners were available (the creamer was in the kitchen cabinet). Unfortunately, we were out of real sugar, sorry for that! We'll be sure to keep items stocked and visible moving forward. The coffee pot is in good working condition, and we will provide clearer instructions for future guests to avoid any confusion. We will address the shower door quickly and are looking at ways to address the back yard area. We have had problems keeping grass in that one area back there due to the shade and springtime is the perfect time to get it fixed for good. Thanks for sharing your feedback, and we hope to host you and your pets again soon!

Thank you for the 5 stars! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and truly appreciate you choosing our place. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!
