Located on the 4th floor our 2427 Sand Dunes listing is a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom unit with sleeping arrangements that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The Full kitchen includes a stove, coffee maker, standard refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and all the cookware you could possibly need during your stay. Some of the amenities include resort wide free WIFI, indoor pools, outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, lazy river, fitness center and a children’s pool. The Sand dunes resort is only minutes away from Barefoot landing, Broadway at the beach, and both Tanger outlets locations adding up to about 1000 shops restaurants and entertainment outlets. ⭐**CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS**⭐

You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!

🧻What we supply you with:

⭐During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.

⭐We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.

We start you with:

• One roll of paper towels

• One trail size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.

• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.

• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)

• One trail size of shampoo

• One trail size conditioner

• One trail size of body wash and boy lotion

• One trail size of laundry detergent (if applicable)

• As well as one trash bag for the kitchen.

❄️ Monthly Rentals – We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year.

It was ok. View was beautiful

Property wasnt clean, air did not work the entire time,bathroom doorhandle was broke. Second tv in the bedrooms had no cable, parking a lifted truck was almost impossible because parking garage only 6'8 clearance. Had to purchase a fan, pay for on street parking and hotel wasnt helpful with suggestions. Owner of property tried to address concerns as he responded quickly. To no avail, nothing was fixed while i was there. Only compensation was 25dollar a day vouchers instead of 15 and you were limited to 4-5places to use them. Other than all of the above, my view was amazing.
