Welkom op de familie op vakantie op zijn best! Dit fantastische huis met zeven slaapkamers en vier badkamers ligt direct aan de Golf. Met meer dan 4.500 vierkante voet biedt dit huis een overvloed aan ruimte voor het hele gezin om zich te verspreiden en te ontspannen.

810 Ariola Drive wordt professioneel beheerd door Paradise Beach Homes.

De prachtige bakstenen foyer leidt naar de grote woonkamer: een open plattegrond met kathedraalplafonds, een grote flatscreen-tv, panoramische ramen en veel comfortabele stoelen om van het uitzicht te genieten, waaronder een slaapbank. De grote, keuken in eetkeuken heeft veel voorbereidingsruimte, twee grote koelkasten, een ontbijtbar en een keukentafel. De uitzonderlijk ruime eetkamer biedt plaats aan 18 personen. Slaapkamers 1 en 2 bevinden zich naast de keuken en delen een hal bad. Slaapkamer 1 biedt twee tweepersoonsbedden, tv en uitzicht op de Golf. Slaapkamer 2 heeft een kingsize bed en een grote tv. Er is ook een wasruimte met gootsteen aan deze kant van het huis. De master suite ligt aan de andere kant van de woonkamer en biedt een kingsize bed, een tweepersoonsslaapbank, een eigen badkamer met een extra grote douche en een tuinbad plus een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf. De bovenste verdieping van het huis is voorzien van een loft met een slaapbank en een poef met 2 aparte bedden en uitzicht op de woonkamer. Vier slaapkamers bevinden zich op dit niveau. Slaapkamer 4 heeft twee queensize bedden, tv, uitzicht op de Golf en een ligbad dat ook uitkomt op de hal. Slaapkamer 5 is een stapelbed kamer met twee sets van volledige meer dan volledige stapelbedden, een met een dubbele onderschuifbed, en een grote tv. Slaapkamer 6 heeft twee queensize bedden, een tv en een uittrekbare Ottomaanse poef. Slaapkamer 7 heeft een queensize bed, een volledige ligbed met dubbele onderschuifbed, grote tv en uitzicht op de Golf. Alle drie deze slaapkamers delen een halbad.

Andere voorzieningen zijn het Gulf-terras met een grill, Adirondack-stoelen en een grote eettafel. Er is voldoende overdekte parkeergelegenheid, een buitendouche en een omheind strandgedeelte dat perfect is voor honden (alleen goedgekeurde rassen). Dit huis is ideaal voor grote gezinnen die samen op vakantie gaan.

Great setup for family groups

This beachfront rental was perfect for our family group of 10 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation, and the dining room allowed far everyone to eat together. We brought our Christmas tree with us and had a jolly good holiday.

Fantastic property and location

We loved the space and number of beds this property provided. We loved being able to walk out the back door to the beach. We loved the big windows and views. We wish that beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas would have been provided, but we worked it out. Overall, we were happy and do recommend the property for large families (we were two whole families with mostly adults and four small children).

Marriage venue

We got married on the beach in front of the house, then had a little reception under. The house was very accommodating for all my guest, if i had to say one negative thing is that they didn't have a bathroom downstairs. Guests had to go upstairs through the house to use the restroom. Other than that it was amazing, thank you for sharing your home it was and always will be a special part of our wedding story.

2018 Family Reunion

We had rented two houses as we needed an elevator. This house was perfect for our beach location and comfortably slept 22 people. The house is gorgeous and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. The view and location cannot be beat!! The beach and Water are amazing, The rental office was great to work with us and assist with any issues that came up. We had a fabulous time.

The views of the beach from the house were beautiful. The bunk room was perfect for our teenage grandsons. The bedrooms with 2 beds were perfect for moms and dads with small children. It was a short walk to ride the trolley and tour Pensacola Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with any items needed to cook family meals. It was very clean and and well-maintained. The pictures and descriptions of the home are accurate. Lots of great memories were made in this beautiful home.

Overall, this house was perfect for our extended family of 17. We had plenty of room for everyone. Especially loved the spacious dining room where we were all able to gather at once for meals and family game night. We were right on the beach so that was especially convenient. The only blip was that one of the burners on the electric stove did not work and it happened to be the largest coil burner, so cooking for this large family was a bit of a challenge. The location was very close to restaurants and shopping which made it very convenient. Overall, it was a great set-up for our family vacation!

Family vacation 2022

We had 9 grandkids ranging from 11 months old to 7 years old with us. Being able to go back and forth between the house and the beach was great! If you bring young children be sure to bring several baby gates. Stairs were the biggest issue. Loved the huge dining room table for our large family of 19. The upstairs deck had a secured gate which was helpful.

Great Beach House

This beach house was everything you could expect. Nice & clean when we arrived and lots of space along with a GREAT beach that was not crowded. Few little things came up during the stay that the rental company jumped right on and took care of. The worst part was checking in at 5pm in a long hot line outside as everyone was doing the same. Watch for messages on your phone for early check in and get there early just in case to beat the lines. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group.
