The bright and open family room features vaulted ceilings with a cozy beach cottage feel throughout decorated in soothing Sea Glass turquois blues and greens. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom with a deep sunken bath tub/shower combo and walk-in closet. There are two guest bedrooms separated by a guest bathroom that has a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. There is a half bathroom located off the kitchen which has a full size washer and dryer. Walk out to the back screened in patio where you can dine or relax by the private pool.

Please note that the Sanibel area has been seriously affected by Hurricane Ian, and as such, you will see damaged properties, debris piles, open businesses are limited, closed beaches and stripped vegetation but slowly growing back.  We appreciate your support and patience

There is an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and beach equipment available to make your days at the beach complete.  There is a mini crib & mattress plus a porta-crib & highchair available for guest use.  No Pets.

This property survived Hurricane Ian with minimal side effects. While the island is not the usual hub of tourism activity, commerce and tourism is returning to Sanibel Island, growing stronger every day. #sanibelstrong
