What to be aware of:
This property is 1 of 4 townhomes all offered as vacation rentals at Troon North. Together, all 4 homes can accommodate up to 48 guests if available and booked at the same time. Please contact us if hosting an event and in need of booking multiple homes for the same dates. Hosting an event requires booking all 4 properties as other guests would not be able to use common areas during your event time. Massage chair is included!
Potential for street noise: Please review the aerial photos for proximity of the property to the street (E Dynamite Blvd) If all else is quiet, cars can be heard driving by
Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of the residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation

Parking is free and available in the 2 car garage only, Currently, no cars are allowed overnight at Troon North on any driveway or on the street. Please reach out to us if your group is planning on bringing more than 2 vehicles

No Pets allowed
No smoking of any kind allowed inside the property. Cigars and cigarettes are permitted ONLY outside. Please be careful and only smoke by the patio area. Fees will be imposed if furniture or turf is damaged from cigarettes' burns.
Marijuana use is strictly prohibited everywhere on the property. Marijuana scent lingers and requires ozone machines to be removed prior to next guest. A $1,500 fine will be assessed if evidence of marijuana use is found
