The coastal chic lounge room offers trendy wicker sofas, a wall hung TV and plenty of books to choose from, plus a dedicated workspace under the television with ethernet connection for those working remotely.

There is a four-person glass table in the dining area or alfresco setting on the balcony where guests can come together for a meal when you aren't immersing yourself in Broadbeach’s delicious dining scene. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils and essentials you'll need to cook at home.

Sleep easy in two comfortable bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed and benefits from access to a third balcony as well as a pristine ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. In the second bedroom you’ll find two single beds under a ceiling fan, along with plenty of storage space for your belongings and access to a fourth balcony.

The main bathroom contains a shower, toilet and mirrored basin, stocked with complimentary toiletries for your stay. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.

There is split-system heating and cooling in the living area and master bedroom. Undercover secure parking is provided for one car.
